Portabella Cheese Steaks

Instructions

  • 4 portabellos - or more if needed.
  • 1 package Tofurky beef slices.
  • 1 green pepper, sliced.
  • 1 white onion, sliced.
  • 1 package cheddar Daiya cheese.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil.

  • Saute pepper and onion in olive oil until slightly cooked.
  • Prepare ports and place them on baking sheet.
  • Place 2 slices of Tofurky on each portabello.
  • Place pepper and onion on top of Tofurky.
  • Place Daiya on top of pepper and onion.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until Daiya is melted.
