- 4 portabellos - or more if needed.
- 1 package Tofurky beef slices.
- 1 green pepper, sliced.
- 1 white onion, sliced.
- 1 package cheddar Daiya cheese.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Saute pepper and onion in olive oil until slightly cooked.
- Prepare ports and place them on baking sheet.
- Place 2 slices of Tofurky on each portabello.
- Place pepper and onion on top of Tofurky.
- Place Daiya on top of pepper and onion.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until Daiya is melted.
