Raw Kale & Avocado Salad

Instructions

  • 2 avocados, pitted and sliced into bite size pieces.
  • 1 bunch of organic kale, slices into bite size pieces.
  • 1 teaspoon organic lemon juice.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder.
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast.

  • Place kale, 1/2 an avocado, lemon juice, & salt & pepper in a large glass bowl.
  • Massage kale salad with hands for 1 minute.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, and nutritional yeast.
  • Toss & eat!
