- 2 avocados, pitted and sliced into bite size pieces.
- 1 bunch of organic kale, slices into bite size pieces.
- 1 teaspoon organic lemon juice.
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper.
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
- 1 teaspoon onion powder.
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast.
- Place kale, 1/2 an avocado, lemon juice, & salt & pepper in a large glass bowl.
- Massage kale salad with hands for 1 minute.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, and nutritional yeast.
- Toss & eat!
